New Beginning Center helps families overcome abuse…
New Beginning Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides counseling and outreach services to victims of domestic violence.
They are the only designated domestic violence agency in the northeast sector of Dallas County, offering a full complement of programs, including a shelter, intervention services, educational programs, Battering and Intervention Prevention Program, transitional housing, a 24-hour hotline and community outreach programs.
Our Children’s House offers an array of coordinated, comprehensive services for children with special health care needs. The program brings together a licensed pediatric hospital together with nine outpatient clinics, with a focus on children from infancy through age 18 with developmental or birth disorders, traumatic
injury or severe illness.
Our Children’s House clinics can help coordinate care, and offer developmental screenings and assessments, parent education and support, and physical, occupational and speech/language therapy. Families can also access outpatient feeding therapy, developmental therapy, rehabilitation, and the special needs day care.
Since being founded in 1993, Our Children’s House has had one singular goal: to return each child to his or her optimal level of health.
